Our second feature film project “Ghost of the Currents,” has just been awarded Best Arthouse Project at the DANAFF Project Market, the Grand Prize and the only Southeast Asian award supported by CNC (the French National Centre of Cinema).
This recognition came through the pitch by my amazing team, Producer Napakarn Boontarig and Co-director Kalil Pitsuwan, with guidance and mentorship from Isabelle Glachant. I’m deeply impressed and proud of the teamwork we’ve built together.
Beyond the award, we also received valuable feedback that will help us further shape the project.
Thanks to the festival team and all the juries for recognizing the importance and urgency of this story and for believing in our film.
